NEET PG CPS Counselling

CPS Counselling 2023: The Commissioner, of Medical Education and Research is declared as Competent Authority for admission to the College of Physicians & Surgeons (CPS) fellowship and Diploma Courses by the Government of Maharashtra during the Academic Year 2023-24. The admission will be carried out based on NEET PG 2023 eligibility including the lower down percentile.

As per the Government of Maharashtra Gazette dated: 15-03-2024, the State Government after consulting Maharashtra Medical Council, made the amendments in the schedule of act, so as to include 10 courses of CPS Mumbai in the schedule of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Further Medical Education and Drugs Department, by Letter No. MED-2023/CR 37/(Part­5)/Edu-2, dated 21.06.2024, gave permission to start admission process of 10 NMC recognised courses for the academic year 2023-24.

FCPS/CPS Mumbai Admission Process 2023-24

To gain admission to CPS/FCPS College/Hospital, you must follow the college and hospital admission procedure. Selection shall be strictly based on NEET-PG All India Rank. In this section, we provide detailed information about the CPS and FCPS Admission Process.

Certificates / Documents to be uploaded during registration and produced at the time of admission at the Intuition

  • Any Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card/Driving Licence, PAN Card, Passport)
  • NEET-PG 2023 Mark sheet
  • Nationality Certificate /Valid Passport / School Leaving Certificate of SSC / HSC (or equivalent, indicating the nationality of the candidate as “INDIAN”
  • MBBS degree/Passing certificate.
  • Internship completion certificate from University or the Head of the Institution. Internship completion should not be later than 11/08/2023
  • Permanent / Provisional Registration certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council or other State Medical Councils in India/NMC.
  • Certificate from Head of Institute showing that the Medical College/ Institute from which the candidate has passed MBBS examination is recognized by National Medical Commission.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate. (As per Annexure – K)

If applicable: Caste certificate, Caste validity certificate, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, EWS Eligibility Certificate.
